1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Eligible for a return or an exchange, if
- Timeline: You must initiate a return/exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging with all brand tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all requests.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hijabs and Hijab caps (once opened).
- Sale or Clearance items.
- Custom-made or altered Abayas (tailored to specific customer measurements).
3. Exchange Process
If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size):
- Contact Us: Reach out to us via WhatsApp or Email at ajwamodestwear@gmail.com with your order details.
- Inspection: Once we receive the item, our quality control team will inspect it.
- Shipment: Please note that exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the original item was faulty.
4. Refund Policy
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product. we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we have received the returned item.
5. International Orders
Currently, we only offer returns/exchanges for orders within Pakistan.
